Thanks Astrid. Nice article.
I listened to this interview of her
http://www.wnyc.org/shows/bl/episodes/2008/04/30#segment97830
and I was most interested in people's stories about living in the area.
Its an interesting point that writing about Shirley itself isn't good enough-- it has to be tied to some more provocative story. Regardless, I'm still somewhat interested in reading this.
Anyway, it looks like the leader. Shall we give the vote one more day? |
