Ok, So regarding developing our professional careers, I know I have had a hard time getting re-imbursed for my conference talks. And I usualy have ended up broke after a trip when I was presenting a talk.

Could we considered having as ASAP conference mini-grant (say 300-400 bucks?) per year? I am not sure how this would work, maybe we would need to ask the BSA-DOE? to provide us this extra funds for this purpose?

Have a few grants available for ASAP people that apply for them through some process.

what do you guys think?

I think this is potentally posiible no?
